Every engagement begins with a signed NDA. We work only within the communication channels and software platforms you approve. Client data is never shared outside your agreed scope. Our team members are trained on data handling protocols and we do not subcontract your work to any third party.
For bookkeeping: QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, Wave, Zoho Books, FreshBooks, Aplos, and Excel. For tax preparation: Drake, TaxSlayer, and TaxWise. We also adapt to your practice management system and document workflow. If you use something not listed, ask us.
